John_Berridgenew.jpgJohn Berridge - General Manager

After being a Senior Consultant for several years, John took over the ownership and management of Global CV Solutions in late 2014. John brought a range of experiences to across recruiting and selection, assessment centres, outplacement, coaching, mentoring and career development. Proactive, enthusiastic and a skilled facilitator and coach, John is an 'explorer promoter' with a real desire to assist people develop themselves both personally and professionally.

In his first career in the NZ Navy he held a variety of senior positions in education, training and human resource management. He subsequentlyheld similar roles in various professional services sector organisations, more recently as either General Manager or Chief Executive. He also has experience in governance on the Boards of a Hospice and a Student Association.   

John holds a degree in mathematics as well as post graduate diplomas in business and human resources management.  He is also a certificated member (CMHRINZ) of the Human Resources Institute. Prior to joining Global CV Solutions, he was General Manager of an organisation providing training management services for apprenticeships in the construction sector throughout NZ. John is passionate about delivering an optimal client experience and is the person you will most likely speak to when you make an enquiry.

Ben brings extensive expertise to the Global CV Solutions team with broad HR generalist knowledge and in-house recruitment experience gained in London and New Zealand.

Having worked in many high profile corporate sectors including telecommunications, banking, insurance and health industries, he  brings strong commercial acumen, coupled with a down to earth, personable  approach. 

Ben holds a Diploma in Business majoring in HR, as well as a Post Graduate Certificate in Career Development. Ben is passionate about delivering a professional and unique client-centric experience to all his customers. Ben is also actively involved in our outplacement and coaching services including offering his time after hours and during the weekends for those with busy schedules.


Jeff_Lewiscrop.jpgJeff Lewis - Senior CV Consultant & Coach

Having worked in sales, marketing, general management and human resource management roles for international companies in the commercial sector, Jeff brings a wealth of experience to Global CV Solutions.

Jeff has also held a Company Director position for over 14 years as well as working in recruitment for two boutique agencies specialising in sales, marketing, supply chain and human resource roles. Jeff has worked in the UK, Australia and New Zealand and brings with him an ‘international perspective’.

As well as recruiting middle and top management positions, Jeff has extensive knowledge of the University Graduate process, having been instrumental in developing a company graduate recruitment programme for the New Zealand subsidiary of a global company.

Jeff has an affable disposition, is easy to converse with and is a stickler for perfect written English. He also makes himself available 24/7 so is the ‘go to’ man for speedy outcomes.

He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business majoring in Human Resources and has a passion for cooking, tennis and travel.



Claire Reyneke - CV Consultant 

Claire has been involved in a wide variety of industries throughout her career including generalist recruitment, clinical research,  business development and pharmaceutical sales as well as education. Her experience across diverse industry sectors, both in NZ and South Africa, has given Claire the ability to understand and write a broad range of CVs at all levels.

Claire is a true professional with unquestionable integrity. She is highly ethical and is a results-oriented professional. She enjoys working with people at any level of an organisation and is consistently committed to her clients. She also cares deeply about customer service and believes in delivering the best possible service to every client she works with.

Claire is well networked, widely travelled and her interests include family, community, photographic compilations as well as lifelong learning and development.



David Wills - Senior CV Consultant

David has an extensive background in health recruitment with a variety of countries in North America, South Asia, the Arabian Gulf, Western Europe, the Caribbean, as well as Australia.

This includes the recruitment of nurses, doctors, and allied health professionals, plus senior academics and senior executives. With a background as a health professional David has held significant roles in government relations, advocacy, professional bodies, the media and medical publishing.   

David is famous for being meticulous at delivering a comprehensive and detailed CV with many of his clients signing off at draft stage. David is a huge researcher and prides himself in understanding even the most complex of roles.

He is also known as one of the workaholics in the team who never says no to an urgent turnaround, even if it means working all night. David assists a broad cross section of our clients but tends to focus on the more academic, technical and scientific roles, especially at senior level.


Priyanka - India Customer Service Representative & Administrator

Priyanka plays an important role in the Global CV team. Along with Shweta, the two of them coordinate all enquiries between India and the NZ consultants as well as providing daily administration support.

With a Bachelor of Science and a Masters in Computer Applications, Priyanka is our technical genius.Her main function is to ensure CVs are formatted correctly and she works in closely with the Consultants to make sure the CV format reflects the appropriate level of the client.

Priyanka has 7 years experience in information technology, process outsourcing and project management.


Shweta - India Customer Service Representative & Administrator

Shweta is the most qualified (and humble!) person who works for Global CV Solutions.

She has completed her Masters of Commerce and Masters of Business Administration as well as her LLB. Shweta is an extremely hard person who assists with CV formatting and research as well as a variety of administration tasks. 

In addition, Shweta works as a close team with Priyanka to be our 'eyes and ears' in India. They answer all calls and enquiries at the India end for immigrants wishing to settle in NZ.

Both have been with Global CV since inception and are in daily contact with all our consultants.



Phillippa - Proofreader

Every CV that comes through our system is proofed so Phillippa is the one who will cast her eye over every word.

A life-long bookworm, who will dip into a dictionary or encyclopaedia at the slightest pretext, Phillippa is our main Proofreader. 

Passionate about words and very sensitive to their use, she describes proofreading as ‘probably her ideal occupation’, with correct spelling, punctuation and grammar as her mission. She has three decades’ experience  of working with words, from public relations and ghost-writing guidebooks to proofreading and editing.

With six languages, a university background and an insatiable curiosity, Phillippa brings perfectionism and an obsessive attention to detail to her work, to ensure your CV is free of errors.


Dale - Administrator

Every company has to have someone like Dale. Based in Auckland, she does all our day to day administration functions.

Dale has a secretarial and PA background in the media and medical sectors.
