Outplacement Services
We offer outplacement services with companies going through restructuring, internal changes and redundancies. We are able to quickly work with those affected and offer hope and confidence by supporting them through the next step of their career. We talk to each person individually to assess their needs, followed by a recommendation which may include a mix of CV preparation, interview training and/or career reviewing. With a real focus on being flexible, we work to the individual briefs, requirements and budgets of each company to deliver optimal results within those parameters. Individual sessions and workshops are available.

CV Writing
We have 7 CV packages, all delivering a tailored and professional set of documents focused on the industry, company or role you are targeting, designed to reflect your skills, experience and value. Prices listed below include a new targeted CV and cover letter although CV-only packages are also available:
School Leaver/Student (No work experience at all) $129 + GST
Junior Career/Graduate (Up to 2 years’ work experience) $199 + GST
Early Career (2-6 years’ work experience) $249 + GST
Established Career (Mid-career) $299 + GST
Established/Senior Career (Positioned for management) $349 + GST
Senior Career (Already in management) $399 + GST
Executive (GM, CEO, CFO etc) $499 + GST

Interview Preparation
For the very best interview outcome, our qualified and experienced coaches can assist by conducting a personalised and targeted interview preparation session. Each one hour consultation is specifically customised to the individual needs of each client so this can range from how to counter objections about gaps in your CV, jumping industries and being made redundant through to answering behavioural and competency-based questions. We focus on teaching you a tried and trusted formula designed to help you answer almost any question as well as covering off likely interview questions at your level.
Our standard sessions cover everything from interview tips, practice questions and types of interviews through to role playing. Many clients engage our help a few days prior to a confirmed interview so we can focus on the actual job, company and specific requirements of the position. Our whole aim is to support you through the interview process so you enter feeling as confident and well prepared as possible.
