This is a new package we have introduced to bridge the gap between those wanting more than the Established Career but not the full-on Senior Career package. This is ideal for anyone in any industry who is looking for a step up in to management, a leadership position or a more senior role than you have previously held.
Key points to note before selecting this package:
- Suitable for those needing to be repositioned up a level where you have the ambition, skills and knowledge to take on new challenges at the next stage but have yet to actually work at that level
- There is no set rule for how many years' work experience you have so you may be a high achiever with only 6 or 8 years work history through to being self-employed for 25 years
- Generally this package positions you for more senior roles and combines the more low-key approach of our Established Career option with the hard-edged, achievement-focused style of the Senior Career package
- The writing style and CV format changes at this level and we start to talk about 'the bigger picture' with more emphasis on what you can personally contribute to a new team in terms of skills, leadership, experience and industry knowledge
- Great for those new immigrants who have been in senior positions in your home country but need to take a step back in the New Zealand marketplace to gain local experience
