Our CV Process
Our process has been designed to be as simple as possible and very user friendly. We have used this system effectively to help thousands of people from all over New Zealand and all over the world. All you have to do is follow a few simple steps and your new CV will be ready in 5 working days!
STEP 1: CHOOSE THE RIGHT PACKAGE
Call our free phone 7 days a week on 0800 867 287 so we can advise on the most appropriate package and talk you through the process OR fill in the super-easy online enquiry form
STEP 2: SUPPLYING BASIC INFORMATION
Once you have decided to proceed, all we need is a copy of your old CV or some basic information to get started plus payment. If you have a particular job you want to apply for then send us this link too. All orders are confirmed in writing
STEP 3: YOUR CONSULTATION
We match you with the right consultant and they make contact within 24 hours to arrange your phone or Skype consultation any time to suit you including weekends or after work. This consultation can vary from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours depending on the level of role and the amount of information we need to obtain
STEP 4: COMPLETED DRAFT
Every CV is checked by a professional Proof Reader prior to being sent to you. All senior and executive level CVs are also peer reviewed to ensure the brief has been fully met. You are sent a draft of your brand new CV and letter about 4 days later at which time we welcome your input and suggestions. Any changes can be sent to your consultant and will be made within 24 hours
STEP 5: FINAL SIGN OFF
We make any required changes and work with you until you are 100% satisfied that your new CV and letter is perfect! We aim to do this from start to finish within 5 working days (or sooner if you choose the urgency service). Your final CV is sent to you in both PDF and Word formats
Our Coaching Process
For both our interview preparation and career coaching sessions, all you have to do is pick up the phone and arrange a suitable time. We will then match you up with the most appropriate consultant and they will send you all your pre-session material and arrange the details of your meeting.
We are extremely flexible and can usually react quickly, often providing coaching sessions with minimal notice. The ideal timing is about 3 days' notice so you have time to do your pre-session ‘homework’ and plan correctly, however this is not essential.
Our Outplacement Process
Typically we receive a call from an HR Manager or company representative with an overview of requirements. We then prepare a personalised proposal and visit your premises if appropriate. Once agreement is reached, you supply the names of the people you wish us to work with and we will contact them directly. We can arrange to meet at your offices or at an alternative address so this will largely be determined by the circumstances and will be dictated by the wishes of each employee.
Depending on what is required, there are several options:
OPTION 1: We raise an invoice for guaranteed services to be delivered. Payment is expected before commencing work unless negotiated prior
OPTION 2: We agree on a fixed $ amount per person or level within a specified time frame and we charge your company credit card when work is delivered OR raise an invoice for payment each time
