HOURS
Being a global business, we are open long hours including weekends. Our phones are answered 24/7 and we have a call management system for all after hours calls. If you leave a message, one of our customer service team will reply to all enquiries as follows:
Week days: Available 8am to 7pm
- Phone calls: we aim to return your call within 3 hours
- Web and email enquiries: same day or within 5 hours
Weekends: Available 9am to 5pm
- Phone calls: we aim to return your call within 5 hours
- Web and email enquiries: within 24 hours
Conducting Consultations
CV Preparation
Once you have been assigned your consultant, it is up the two of you to work out a mutually agreeable time to conduct your phone consultation. We fully appreciate that many of you are unable to talk easily during work hours so we are very flexible to accommodate this. Most of our consultants work after hours until around 8pm each week night and many are available in the weekends also. Please let us know if you require a weekend consultation so we can assign you an appropriate consultant.
Overseas Orders
For all orders outside of NZ, our consultations are usually conducted by Skype or phone during reasonable work hours, NZ time between 7am and 9pm. Times are always by mutual agreement with you and your assigned consultant.
Coaching Sessions
We are extremely flexible here and all our coaching sessions are geared around what suits you and your time schedule. Our coaches are available during normal work hours plus several conduct sessions after hours and in the weekends.
