MANAGEMENT & ADMINISTRATION
Lynley - General Manager
Lynley runs our Australasian business so she will call to discuss your requirements when you send in an enquiry or call our 0800 number. Once you have agreed to have your new CV done, Lynley assigns the appropriate Consultant and is always available for any CV appraisals, quotes or queries. She is also still actively writing CVs for many of our established and executive level clients.
Lynley started with Global CV Solutions as a Senior CV Consultant so she is well equipped to know exactly what is required! As a former Copy Writer, Proof Reader and Senior Recruiter, Lynley has a background in marketing and management, reaching Director level for a major retail chain. She worked as a generalist Recruitment Consultant for a well established company before forming her own recruitment business in 2006. With a 3 year Advertising and Marketing Diploma, Lynley’s strong marketing focus means she looks far beyond just the words and has a flair for capturing the 'big picture'. She is renowned for conducting personalised phone interviews and for providing extensive career mentoring to her clients. She is also known for being glued to her laptop and being available 24/7!
Allanah - Accounts
Every company has to have an Allanah! Based in Auckland, she does all our day to day accounts and GST along with a variety of other accounting and administration functions. Allanah has a background in working for Recruitment Agencies as well as a large portfolio of local clients.
Georgina - Administrator
Georgina looks after the administration side and she is the one who does all the hard work that no one else wants to do like filing, invoicing, database management and preparing quotes. Georgina is keen to pursue a career in HR so this is a good part time, entry level position to give her excellent exposure to a large client base in a variety of industries.
Helen - Proof Reader
Helen is a Graduate of the University of London and worked for several years as a Senior Manager in local government in the UK. Since moving to New Zealand four years ago, she has worked in the recruitment industry as a CV Editor and Proof Reader mainly in the construction and engineering sectors. She is studying part-time towards a Diploma in Book Editing, Publishing and Proofreading. Helen is our ‘eagle eyes’ who checks all final work to ensure your CV is error-free.
Priyanka - CV Formatter
With a Bachelor of Science and a Masters in Computer Applications, Priyanka is our technical genius. Her main function is to ensure CVs are formatted correctly and she works in closely with the Consultants to make sure the CV format reflects the appropriate level of the client. Priyanka has 7 years experience in information technology, process outsourcing and project management.
Shweta - CV Formatter & Researcher
Shweta works for Global CV Solutions on a part time basis whilst she studies for her Masters of Commerce and Masters of Business Administration. With a Bachelor of Commerce already under her belt, Shweta is a highly qualified young lady who assists with CV formatting and proof reading. Her specialty is anything to do with the internet and online research so we call on her for a wide variety of projects.

Liz - CV Writer
Liz is our little gem who often takes on the urgent work and is happy to help out any day or time! Liz comes to Global CV Solutions with a wealth of recruitment, training and development experience gained from many years working in Canada, the UK and NZ. Liz has also spent several years as an Immigration Consultant so she is able to provide invaluable assistance to many of our new immigrants wanting a new CV or recruitment guidance. In addition to her Training and Development positions for leading institutions, she has worked for a large international Recruitment Agency in the UK and also a small boutique NZ agency so she is able to understand the needs of a wide variety of clients ranging from senior level corporate positions through to niche market, specialized roles.
Liz has a strong background in the Health and Fitness sector and she thinks a short run is 10km! Liz has a Bachelor of Social Science and a Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion. Liz has the type of personality where going the extra mile – literally – for her clients is second nature and she interviews in a very consultative and approachable manner.
Mike - CV Writer
Mike is one of our most experienced CV Writers and is well known for preparing outstanding CVs to very difficult briefs and obscure positions. Mike has over 14 years recruitment, talent management, resourcing and consulting experience at a senior level having worked for leading Recruitment Agencies both here in NZ and in the UK. Mike also has considerable knowledge of the US market and he currently still contracts to a major software development recruitment consultancy. He is a highly gifted CV Writer who is capable of disseminating complicated information and achievements and presenting in an articulate, professional way to Hiring Managers. Mike has a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in marketing and his specialist area of expertise is within the executive corporate and IT sectors.
Julia - CV Writer
Julia joined the Global CV Solutions team having gained 11 years recruitment experience working in Australia, the UK and NZ. With a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and Spanish she has well honed commercial knowledge coupled with a love of languages. Throughout her career Julia has predominantly recruited for senior roles in a wide range of industry sectors including finance, management, administration, sales and marketing. Julia believes a superior level of customer service is critical and will always strive to achieve complete client satisfaction. She knows exactly what employers are looking for in a CV and therefore will deliver an outstanding result with a high degree of professionalism.
Megha - CV Writer
Backed with a Masters degree in Human Resources, recruitment experience with a global recruitment company and an in-house HR position, Megha has worked with a wide array of clients across different sectors providing end to end recruitment solutions. Megha loves the people factor so interviewing, consulting and providing exceptional client service has always been her key strengths. With her personalised style and quality focus, she builds lasting client relationships by turning client needs successfully into solutions. With her youthful approach and exuberant personality, Megha looks after many of our Graduate and Early Career clients.
Alisa - Professional Career Coach & CV Writer
Alisa is the newest addition to the Global CV Solutions team as our Interview and Career Coach and we are very excited to offer a range of coaching packages. Alisa has over 12 years experience working in both NZ and Australia within a wide range of industries including corporate, government, health, media, engineering and manufacturing. Holding a Masters qualification in Mental Health Development and an undergraduate degree in Psychology, Alisa provides a range of career coaching services including career assessment and planning, interview coaching, CV development, outplacement coaching and personal branding sessions.
Alisa is an MBTI Practitioner for adult career assessment and has provided coaching services to adults after redundancy, looking for a career change, or requiring help with a professional CV. She is a certified Morrisby Practitioner for student career assessment assisting students with career planning for decisions around University courses, trade courses, apprenticeships, and job seeking. Alisa has literally written hundreds of CVs so she is highly competent at quickly grasping clients’ needs and presenting key criteria in the most advantageous way.
Ben - CV Writer & Career Coach
Ben brings extensive expertise to the Global CV Solutions team with broad HR generalist knowledge and in-house recruitment experience gained in London and New Zealand. Having worked in many high profile corporate sectors including telecommunications, banking, insurance and health industries, he brings strong commercial acumen, coupled with a down to earth, personable approach. Ben holds a Diploma in Business majoring in HR, as well as a Post Graduate Certificate in Career Development. Ben is passionate about delivering a professional and unique client-centric experience to all his customers.
Ben is also actively involved in our mentoring and coaching packages including offering his time after hours and during the weekends for those with busy schedules.
